1. Standard check-out time is before 11:30 a.m. If you stay later than 11:30 a.m, we will charge NT$100 per hour. 2. Room cards are needed to access to the main entrance, rooms, lockers and power, please remember to bring your room card with you. If the card is lost or broken, we will charge you NT$500.
3. An additional charge will be applied to the following behaviors.
Anyone that damages any devices or facilities, or leaves any irremovable stains on any items will be subject to the charge of a new one. Any deliberate acts of damaging will be brought to justice.
Anyone that engages in any illegal activities will be brought to justice. If you steal or break any items, a charge of 10 times of the item’s worth will be applied.
Please keep the lounge room clean and tidy after using it to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all the guests. There will be an additional charge of NT$800 - 1500 for any mess left behind.
Anyone that brings people other than our guests to stay over in the hostel and use our beds will be charged NT$1,000 for each person.
Do not touch, occupy, hang your clothes around or use any bed that you did not pay for. Offenders will be charged for all used beds.
Male guests are prohibited in the female-only room. Offenders will be charged NT$10,000.
4. Please keep your own valuables. The hostel is not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings.
5. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the rooms. Please go to the lounge room on B1 if needed.
6. To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, please keep your voice down.
7. A washing machine and a dryer are available on B1. Please do not do the laundry or hang your wet clothes in the room. Our housekeeping staffs will clean up any wet clothes hung in the room without notifying.
8. Smoking is prohibited throughout all areas of the hostel! Please smoke outside of the building.
9. No pets are allowed in the hostel, except for Registered Assistance Dogs.
10. If you have any infectious disease, please inform our staff first.
11. If you experience any discomfort, please inform our staff immediately.
