If something urgent comes up, customers who make the reservation through our official website are allowed to change the arrival date once. But customers have to inform us 4 days before arrival and the schedule-change will become effective after the hostel's confirmation.
Customers can also choose to keep the deposit, once only, and the deposit will be valid for three months counted from the original check-in date. Once you confirm to use it, the reservation can not be cancelled.
Under the circumstances of typhoon, earthquake or other natural catastrophes, resulted in the traffic or the government called off work for the day, customers can change the reservation for free for one time or get the deposit back.
